Kleingeschnittene Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und die Gew\u00fcrze zuf\u00fcgen. Alles erhitzen, kurz aufkochen lassen und die Haxen ins Wasser geben, sie sollten mit Wasser bedeckt sein. Ca. 90 Minuten darin ziehen lassen. (Schaum absch\u00f6pfen)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Kurz bevor die Zeit um ist, den Ofen vorheizen auf 180 bis 200 \u00b0C. Die Haxen aus dem Wasser nehmen, abtropfen lassen und in einer guten Stunde im Ofen knusprig braten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Tipp: evtl. Die Bananen in ca. 3 cm St\u00fccke schneiden, und mit Tabasco\/Barbeque's So\u00dfe betreufeln. Danach in dem Erdnuss\/Curry Gemisch w\u00e4lzen.
